Client Account Manager (USA)

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth for our clients’ product sales on marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. The Client Account Manager is essential in building and maintaining collaborative, trusted relationships with our clients, Avenue7Media’s most valued assets.

The Account Manager is crucial to client success and retention, acting as a liaison between internal departments, external partners, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Profitable Growth: Help prepare clients for annual and quarterly business reviews, navigate the Amazon Vendor Central platform, and understand Amazon Vendor Manager priorities.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the business development team to align priorities established during the sales process, ensuring a smooth handoff and internal alignment.
  • Client Onboarding: Work with Avenue owners to communicate initial priorities, develop launch plans, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service, transparency, trust, and accountability.
  • Daily Support: Manage onboarding and day-to-day support, collaborate with internal teams to identify key initiatives, and establish realistic goals.
  • Communication: Manage day-to-day communications between internal operational teams, clients, and Vendor Managers regarding all aspects of Amazon product listings, advertising, reporting, inventory, and brand representation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics, identifying gaps, opportunities, successes, and new programs.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the Creative & Content team to develop and execute client-aligned creative strategies, improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Content Evaluation: Enhance listing and store content, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to create listings that reflect brand values and product benefits.
  • Regular Updates: Provide clients with regular updates on goals, projects, priorities, and deficiencies, holding clients accountable for their roles in achieving key dependencies.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Lead a team of cross-functional resources to facilitate collaboration and prioritize interdependent processes required for successful service delivery, incorporating important tools, workflows, or services such as promotional calendars, product launches, and product availability.
  • Growth Opportunities: Proactively present opportunities for growth and expansion, establishing priorities for incorporating new services or strategies like DSP, CTV, Walmart, and International.


  • Proven experience in eCommerce account management, specifically with Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Vendor Manager priorities and terminology.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in performance monitoring and data analysis.
  • Creative and strategic thinking for content development and execution.
