Walmart Advertising Specialist (PH)

In this role you will be responsible for budget and media planning based on brand objectives, business plan/sales targets, and data-driven targeting tactics that accelerate revenue and brand growth. Specifically, this role is hands-on for campaign execution, optimization, daily budget pacing and bidding using Walmart platforms and other third-party tools. The Advertising Specialist works alongside the Advertising Manager and his team to manage and optimize the advertising accounts responsible for. Some specific day to day functions include:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Walmart’s various ad formats, including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands
  • Creating and sending weekly reports to clients, summarizing ad performance and campaign results
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per click (CPC), and ROAS
  • Monitoring and optimizing clients’ ad accounts to ensure optimal performance and ROI
  • Generate regular performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements
  • Conducting regular account audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Providing strategic recommendations to clients on ad creative, targeting, and budget allocation
  • Collaborating with the Walmart Connect Ads team to resolve technical issues and improve campaign performance
  • Staying up-to-date with Walmart Connect Ads platform updates and best practices to enhance client campaigns
  • Managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between advertising efforts and overall business goals

Job Requirements and Key Competencies:

  • 2+ years of setting up and managing media campaigns and PPC search campaigns
  • Ability to translate technical aspects of analysis and metrics into actionable insights for the seller and stakeholders with varying levels of analytic expertise
  • Must be data driven and have advanced skills in Excel (Vlookup and Pivot tables are a must), data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Media and advertising software tools i.e Helium 10, Cobalt, Intentwise or Pacvue
  • Experience pulling, mining and analyzing performance data and summarizing / communicating findings via reports
  • Attention to detail; ensures quality and strong attention to detail in campaign setup and management
  • Teamwork/collaboration: Someone who is a team player and can work collaboratively with counterparts internally and externally
