Terms & Conditions

  1. *On-Demand Account Reinstatement Exclusions
    • Account reinstatement support is always available.
    • However, the cost of account reinstatement services are not included in the On-Demand support package if the suspension is caused by:
      1. Rank/review manipulation.
      2. Seller-fault connected or linked accounts.
      3. Failure to follow Avenue7Media’s recommendations.
      4. Black-hat tactics or deliberate violations of marketplace/platform Terms of Service (TOS).   

If such actions result in account suspension while under monitoring, additional reinstatement fees will apply.     

Note: If the account suspension occurs due to factors outside the Seller’s control, such as marketplace errors or misinterpretations, reinstatement will remain included in the On-Demand support package, and the monthly retainer will be paused until the account has been reinstated.

2. Support Hours Cap: All Presence packages with Catalog support include up to 10 hours of catalog support per month. Unused hours do not roll over to subsequent months.

3. On-Demand ASIN Reinstatement Cap: Packages with On-Demand ASIN reinstatement include up to three (3) standard turnaround ASIN reinstatements per month at no additional charge. Unused ASIN reinstatements do not roll over to subsequent months.

4. Additional Support Rates: For clients on a monthly Presence plan:

    1. Additional catalog/inventory support is billed in 15-minute increments at a discounted rate of $200/hour (standard rate: $250/hour).
    2. Seller Performance and Product Policy compliance support is billed at  a discounted rate of $400/hour (standard rate: $500/hour).

5. All Presence-related support hours are dedicated solely to Seller Performance/Account Health, Product Policy & Compliance, Catalog, and Inventory.
