Ave7 is looking for a Client Services Representative located in Baltimore, MD to serve as a day to day contact to our growing client base and new business opportunities. This high-touch client-facing position is accountable to serve the unique and complex needs of Ave7 clients, and make a direct impact on ours and our clients’ success every day.

Client Services Representative Position Summary

The Client Services Representative plays a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring exceptional service, creating value for our clients and driving growth across their product portfolios. This individual will leverage their strong project management, interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, to serve as a liaison between Ave7 internal departments, external partners and our clients.

Ultimately, they are responsible for managing and growing the business relationship with Ave7 clients, which includes onboarding and ongoing day-to-day client requests/needs, ensuring support activities are executed in a timely and efficient manner and with the highest levels of service in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new client onboarding process, training and requirements gathering
  • Day to day management and communications for all existing A7M Clients
  • Management and communication of updates, metrics, progress and processes with A7M clients
  • Implement client growth plans designed to meet or exceed projected revenue targets
  • Providing weekly/monthly/quarterly performance metrics by client to demonstrate progress and revenue growth
  • Driving program improvements and engagement, protecting the core and mitigating risk, providing world-class support to ensure the highest retention rates
  • Facilitation and execution of cross-department processes required for successful delivery of services
  • Develop robust and lasting business relationships at all levels in each key partner account
  • Support sales in promoting the role of Client Services and to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

  • The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years client relationship management experience, such as sales, professional services or customer support; with proven results in growing revenue and customer satisfaction
  • To thrive in this position the candidate must have the ability to handle multiple assignments and work well in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong project management, communication, problem solving and leadership skills
  • Good listening skills and the ability to identify and gather relevant information
  • Microsoft Office, Google Drive and Suite, Jira or Atlassian, CRM, reporting and analytical skills a plus
