We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Listing Specialist to join our team. The primary objective of this position is to create and optimize high-performing, SEO-driven product listings that drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role is vital in achieving our clients’ goals by delivering results-oriented content strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, impactful branding across all touchpoints.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate product listings and identify areas for improvement in traffic, conversion rates, and customer experience.
- Develop and present detailed briefs for internal teams and client approval.
- Conduct in-depth research on customer sentiments, product details, competitors, and brand positioning.
- Analyze eCommerce platform content for inspiration and trends, while performing SEO keyword research to inform content strategy.
- Craft benefits-focused, engaging copy for various content types, including product listings, infographics, A+ Content, storefronts, video scripts, ads, and corporate blogs.
- Optimize product detail pages with data-driven SEO updates, including titles, bullet points, and backend keywords.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance listing content and improve conversion rates.
- Drive project tasks to completion, ensuring alignment with deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative managers, graphic designers, advertising specialists, compliance officers, and catalog teams, to ensure projects meet compliance and performance goals.
- Support new opportunities, pilot programs, and beta initiatives.
- Participate in training sessions and suggest potential process improvements.
Job Requirements and Key Competencies:
- Preferred degree fields include Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, English, or Creative Writing.
- Proficiency in SEO and keyword research tools (e.g., Helium10, Jungle Scout, others).
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Central, and others.
- Strong copywriting abilities, with a focus on persuasive, benefits-driven, and SEO-optimized content.
- Competence in developing and revising product detail pages, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ Content.
- Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
