- Executes Daily Amazon and Walmart Seller Account monitoring through pulling, recording, and analyzing account data.
- Support Performance Manager with ASIN deep dives, appeal template creations, and various ad hoc projects.
- Manage ASIN reinstatements, product testing, compliance, and account performance.
- Draft detailed and compelling appeals for Account and ASIN Reinstatements.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and conduct research to address Marketplace-specific requests.
- Monitor and respond to customer messages and inquiries on Amazon and Walmart, addressing product-related questions promptly and effectively.
- Analyze trends and derive insights from customer feedback, focusing on opportunities for listing improvement based on negative customer experiences.
- Manage escalated customer experience-related inquiries and resolve complex issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate order refunds and replacements, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Act as a communication hub between customers and sellers, facilitating effective and timely information exchange.
- Work towards resolutions for customer-related issues and concerns for both Merchant and Amazon Fulfilled Orders, as well as Seller and Walmart Fulfilled Orders.
- Request for removals of negative product reviews and seller feedback that are against Amazon or Walmart guidelines and policies
- Create and kickoff project tickets and tasks for internal and external team members in a timely and efficient manner.
- Continuously Simplify and Invent processes to current workflow
- Take ownership for managing product availability and identifying and communicating issues timely to internal and external clients – with next steps
- and speedy resolution.
- Navigate through ambiguous tasks and adapt to evolving Amazon policies and industry trends.
- Following Standard Operating procedures to execute each required daily task.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Communication, English, Legal/Paralegal or equivalent
- Internal Amazon experience with Seller Performance, Direct Imports, Product Compliance and/or Testing Laboratory Experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Deliver timely results effectively and efficiently
- Prior experience with Amazon Seller & Vendor Central
- Proficient with MS Excel and Google Spreadsheet
- Strong attention to detail, well organized and a fast learner
- Strong analytical and research skills
- A strong curiosity to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Navigates well through ambiguous tasks
- Good working laptop and stable internet connection at home is a MUST
