We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Amazon Catalog Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and compelling product listings on the Amazon platform to enhance our brand’s presence and drive sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Catalog Listing Creation, existing listing updates and Variation Creation.
- Microsoft Excel, Flat File analysis and troubleshooting via system errors and deep dives into Amazon’s systems.
- Request, Download and Interpret: Category Listings Reports, Flat File Creation, Active Listing Reports, and more
- Execute and resolve any and all Catalog related issues – including resolving the issue with Amazon on the phone.
- Communicate with Tier 2/Consultants and Account Managers on account catalog requests, issues, and strategy specifically tailored to each individual client account.
- Continuously Simplify and Invent processes to current workflow
Job Requirements and Key Competencies:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Communication or English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Has the ability to work efficiently and effectively
- With Amazon experience (preferred)
- Proficient with MS Excel and Google Spreadsheet
- Strong attention to detail, well organized and a fast learner
- Strong logical and analytical, mathematical and research skills
- A strong curiosity to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment
