To enroll in Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), first ensure you are approved as a Walmart Marketplace seller. Log into the Seller Center, access the WFS application, and fill out your profile, which includes contact, return, and billing details. Create or convert your products to Walmart-fulfilled listings and ship your inventory to the designated Walmart fulfillment center. Note: Not all products are eligible, so it’s important to check WFS product eligibility requirements due to certain limitations.
Walmart’s search algorithm determines product placement on Walmart.com by evaluating several key factors in product listings. These include the product’s title, description, key features, attributes, and images, which help identify relevant products for customer searches. Competitive pricing, Walmart Fulfillment Services offers, fast shipping, the Pro Seller Badge, and positive reviews also significantly influence ranking. Optimizing these factors and adding relevant keywords to listings ensures better visibility and higher placement in search results.

Walmart listings have specific character limits for different elements. Product titles should be 50-75 characters long, with a maximum of 90 characters. Descriptions require at least one paragraph with a minimum of 150 words, though word count requirements may vary by product category. Key features should be presented in 3-10 bullet points, each limited to 80 characters, including spaces.
The Walmart Keep-It rule allows customers to receive refunds for returned items without having to send them back. This applies to both online and in-store returns.
