You heard it here first. Jason asks Amazon to give Sellers more data, and now it's happening.

In April of 2019, in a Bloomberg television interview, Jason was asked about Amazon’s aggressive expansion of its private-label brands. When asked what Jeff Bezos should do, Jason recommended leveling the playing field by providing more data to Sellers. The same metrics, shopper demographics, keyword data, etc. was available only to Amazon, not Sellers. Armed with this data, Sellers would be able to sell more and serve Amazon shoppers better. Just two years later, more and more data is becoming available. Great job, Amazon, and keep it coming.
