We are looking for a data-driven and growth-minded Traffic Growth Strategist who knows how to build, test, scale, and optimize traffic strategies across multiple channels while staying focused on conversion quality, profitability, and long-term growth.
This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, growth strategy, and analytics. You will be responsible for developing scalable acquisition strategies, optimizing media spend, identifying growth opportunities, and translating performance data into actionable business insights.
The ideal candidate thinks like a portfolio manager — balancing risk, efficiency, and growth potential while continuously testing and refining strategies to maximize results.
Core Responsibilities
Traffic Growth & Media Strategy
- Develop and execute multi-channel traffic acquisition strategies across:
- Amazon Ads
- Amazon DSP
- Walmart
- Target
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- TikTok
- SEO
- Affiliate channels
- Additional paid and organic acquisition channels
- Align traffic strategies with brand objectives, revenue targets, profitability goals, and growth plans
- Balance short-term performance wins with sustainable long-term growth
- Manage media allocation and budget pacing based on performance trends and business priorities
- Optimize traffic quality, conversion efficiency, CAC, ROAS, TACoS, and profitability
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns including:
- Amazon Sponsored Products
- Sponsored Brands
- Sponsored Display (CPC and CPM)
- DSP campaigns
- Google and Meta campaigns
- Other acquisition channels as applicable
- Conduct continuous testing across:
- Audiences
- Creatives
- Placements
- Keywords
- Landing page alignment
- Bidding strategies
- Scale high-performing campaigns while reducing wasted spend
- Monitor and optimize:
- CTR
- CPC
- CVR
- ROAS
- TACoS
- CAC
- Incremental lift
- Traffic profitability
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting using internal and third-party tools
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign and business performance data to identify:
- Growth opportunities
- Performance gaps
- Scaling constraints
- Efficiency improvements
- Emerging risks
- Build clear and actionable reporting dashboards that support smarter budget allocation and decision-making
- Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership, internal stakeholders, and clients
- Translate complex data into simple, business-focused recommendations
- Provide monthly performance recaps outlining:
- What happened
- What worked
- What did not work
- Strategic next steps
Strategic Collaboration
- Partner closely with:
- Account Managers
- Brand Growth Strategists
- Creative teams
- Product teams
- Conversion optimization teams
- Ensure traffic acquisition aligns with funnel strategy, customer journey, and conversion goals
- Identify and escalate risks early, including:
- Rising CPCs
- Algorithm/platform shifts

- Help build repeatable systems and scalable growth processes across accounts and channels
What We’re Looking For
Strategic & Analytical Thinking
- Strong understanding of performance marketing economics and traffic profitability
- Ability to allocate budgets strategically based on performance and growth potential
- Experience forecasting, pacing, and optimizing advertising spend
- Comfortable analyzing attribution, incrementality, customer acquisition costs, LTV, and margin impact
- Strong testing mindset with experience running structured A/B experiments

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing PPC, paid media, or traffic acquisition campaigns for e-commerce brands
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising is required
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSP, SEO, Walmart, or additional acquisition channels is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Amazon ecosystem metrics including:
- ROAS
- TACoS
- CPC
- CTR
- CVR
- ASIN ranking
- Budget pacing
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing spend profitability
- Experience using analytics, reporting, and advertising tools
- Experience presenting performance insights to leadership or clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads, Amazon Ads, DSP, or SEO certifications
- Experience building dashboards or automated reporting systems
- Strong understanding of attribution and conversion tracking
- Examples of successful testing and scaling initiatives
- Experience working with agencies, aggregators, or multi-brand portfolios
