Avenue7Media is a fully remote e-commerce growth agency that helps brands grow profitably on Amazon and Walmart. We turn e-commerce complexity into clarity and drive transformative growth for the brands we partner with. Our team operates as one integrated growth system, and our culture, the Ave7 Way, is built on trust, collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
The E-Commerce Account Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving profitable growth for our clients and delivering client delight. They are the organized, proactive execution partner behind our Growth Team, keeping clients, projects, and internal teams aligned and on track. Working in close support of the Brand Growth Strategist (BGS), they make sure every priority moves forward and every deadline is met. The Coordinator is a key factor in the relationship, success, and retention of the clients they support, serving as a liaison between Ave7 internal departments, external partners, and those clients.
In tandem with the Brand Growth Strategist, the Account Coordinator helps manage and expand the client relationship across onboarding, planning, execution, and ongoing day-to-day support, guided by our proprietary 7Avenues growth strategy. They keep initiatives, tasks, and timelines clear so work stays prioritized and moving. This is a coordination and project management role first.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales and Growth Team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to account management, carrying priorities and context forward so nothing gets lost.
- Coordinate client kickoff and onboarding in support of the Brand Growth Strategist, outlining objectives, priorities, and responsibilities for a strong start.
- Own project management across your client book. Track tasks, owners, and timelines, and keep the day-to-day moving without waiting to be told what comes next.
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, performance summaries, and updates so the Brand Growth Strategist walks into every client call prepared and in control.
- Manage routine day-to-day client communication and follow-up, providing clear updates on projects, commitments, timelines, and outstanding needs, while partnering with the BGS on strategic or performance-related communication.
- Coordinate across internal teams such as traffic, creative, business analysis, and operations, routing work to the right specialist and closing the loop.
- Monitor performance metrics and surface insights, wins, and risks ahead of client touchpoints.
- Hold clients accountable for their role in the plan, and follow up on every commitment.
- Proactively flag risks and blockers early, before they become client-facing problems.
- Identify opportunities to add value and grow the account, and bring them forward.
What We Are Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication. You can explain a complex situation simply and produce clean, client-ready writing.
- 2+ years of business experience in project coordination, account operations, business administration, or client support.
- Business acumen. You understand how a business runs and can connect your day-to-day work to results and revenue.
- Strong project management and organization. You manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines without dropping the ball.
- Strong analytical skills. You can pull data, spot patterns, and turn numbers into a clear read the team can act on.
- A proactive self-starter with a genuine sense of ownership. You move work forward without being chased.
- Tenacity. You push work through to completion and keep it moving until it is done, even when it gets hard.
- Discernment. You have sound judgment about what matters most, what to prioritize, and when something looks off.
- Strong critical thinking. You can take a plan and figure out the next step, and you know when to solve and when to escalate.
- Comfortable in a fully remote, fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Hungry, Humble, and Smart.
Nice to Have (a plus, not a requirement):
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, or Walmart Marketplace or Retail Link.
- Familiarity with e-commerce performance metrics, advertising, or catalog management.
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10 or Data Dive.
What Success Looks Like:
- Clients feel supported, informed, and ahead of issues, never blindsided.
- Projects, deadlines, and follow-ups stay on track across your entire client book.
- The Brand Growth Strategist is freed up to focus on strategy because you own the coordination and execution.
- Surprises are rare, because issues get surfaced and handled before they reach the client.
